Delivery times:

With few exceptions, the articles are sent through MRW.

Delivery times:

  • Peninsula: 2-3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 3-4 business days

Products whose deliveries require different deadlines will reflect said particularity in the description. The product will only be sent once the payment has been received.

The issue number and link to the MRW website will be provided to track the order.

Reasons for which the delivery time may vary:

  • Out of stock: the article is not available and its replacement is expected. The client will be informed by email or phone call notifying him of the non-availability of the same and the indicative term of its reception, if he is not satisfied and if the possibility exists, he will be offered an alternative or the money back.
  • Special manufacturing: non-standard products that require time to be manufactured. It will be reported on the product page.
  • Materials/articles that do not appear in the usual stock: The indicative terms of the availability of the material/article in stock for subsequent shipment will be reported on the product page.

If the packaging shows damage apparently caused by transport:

1.- State in the delivery document that the shipment has apparent damage and that the client reserves the right to agree until it is reviewed, sign the receipt.

2.- Take photos of the package before opening it where damage to the packaging can be seen.

3.- Take photos of the open package where the protection measures that the merchandise carries are observed.

4.- Take photos of the damaged merchandise.

Indicate in the body of the email:

  • Date of receipt of the material
  • Name and surname
  • Description of damage

 

Other transport companies:

Due to the nature of the articles, either due to dimensions or weight, they can be sent with other transport agencies (contracted by our suppliers or Construplace) that apply their own shipping policies related to delivery times, as well as rules for processing claims.
