These Terms and Conditions regulate the use and access to the service available through www.construplace.com (hereinafter, the Platform), owned by LET'S GROW BUSINESS SL (hereinafter, CONSTRUPLACE) for registered users (hereinafter, User or Users) as well as the contractual purchase-sale relationship between CONSTRUPLACE and the User during the contracting process for services offered through the Platform.

Access and Registration
In order to be a User of the Platform, it is essential that the following requirements be met:

The User guarantees that all the data on his identity and legitimacy provided to CONSTRUPLACE in his registration forms of the Platform are true, exact and complete. When registering on the Platform, the User must enter their full name, an e-mail as user identifier and select an access code (password). The password will be strictly confidential, personal and non-transferable. The User undertakes not to disclose the data relating to his account or make it accessible to third parties. The User will be solely responsible for the use of said data by third parties, including statements made on the Platform, or any other action carried out through the use of their username and/or password.
CONSTRUPLACE allows registration on the Platform by synchronizing with third-party services (eg Log-In with Facebook account). CONSTRUPLACE will always request the User's consent prior to registration for the synchronization of services between a third party and CONSTRUPLACE.
CONSTRUPLACE cannot guarantee the identity of registered Users, therefore, it will not be responsible for the use of the identity of a registered User by unregistered third parties. The User undertakes to immediately notify CONSTRUPLACE of the theft, disclosure or loss of their username or password.
Products offered by Construplace
CONSTRUPLACE reserves the right to modify prices, add or cancel products and/or their characteristics. It is suggested to all users to update the web page to avoid possible errors in the final prices. Intellectual property
CONSTRUPLACE is the owner or licensee of the intellectual and industrial property rights that fall on the texts, graphic design, source code and all other content of the Platform protected under intellectual and industrial property laws. As a consequence of this, CONSTRUPLACE is responsible for the exclusive exercise of the rights to exploit them in any way and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with Spanish legislation on intellectual property rights and industrial.
The authorization to the User to access the Platform does not imply a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights by CONSTRUPLACE.

Independence of the Clauses

These Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable to what is not provided in these Conditions in terms of interpretation, validity and execution. Likewise, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
