Description of Charflame Perlite and Vermiculite intumescent paint:
It is a single-component water-based paint intended for coating steel structural elements inside buildings for passive fire protection. The purpose is to maintain the resistance and load-bearing capacity of the structural steel until the fire is extinguished or the building is evacuated.
Theoretical coverage: 1m2/l at 696 microns or 1m2/kg at 500 microns
