This band has two layers formed by a high-density self-adhesive membrane and a thermally welded cross-linked polyethylene.
Acoustically, the Fonodan 50 cushions the rigid connection between the laminated plasterboard and the profile, also providing a plasticity to the steel profile that minimizes its resonance.
Application of Fonodan 50 anti-resonant band:
- Self-adhesive anti-resonant strip to improve the structure of sheet plaster, especially in semi-wet (mixed) one-plate systems.
- For impact noise in the framework of platforms, it also serves as protection against moisture in the slab.
- Anti-resonant band for metal structures in tiled roofs
